Great Knives Henckels Knives are one of the best purchase we have made for our kitchen. They are always sharp and well balanced. The only criticism I have is that this set should have included a sharpener. This must be purchase seperately. January 22, 2010

Excellent Knives Even though it is the China produced Henckels and not the proper German Steel knives, they perform very well. One tip, learn to use the sharpening rod vs buying the sharpener you drag the knife through. The results are much better with the rod and worth the investment in your knives. January 9, 2009

Excellent Quality for the Price This knife set is excellent. The blades are extremely sharp right out of the box and are of very good quality. I had an older Henkels set from Germany and these are just as good as my previous set. You can't go wrong with these knives. September 9, 2008
