Not "universal"

"I use the seal a meal brand sealer and these bags simply don't work well. The sealer machine has a problem getting all the air out and starts sealing the bag almost right away.

It should be good with the same brand sealer product but not with other brands, certanely not with seal a meal brand sealers."

What is the length of these rolls?

Answer:

Each 8" roll is 20 ft. long for a total of 40 ft. twice what you get in the seal-a- meal package making it a much better buy, 100% more length for only 25% more cost and the foodsaver bags feel thicker to me.
