Garbage!!

"Bought it one day......bought it back the next. First thing to mess up was the plastic handle, stripped the first time I tried to snug it up.... A hassle to put together as well!!"

Unstable

"The head is attached to the stand with only one hex bolt which does not stay tight causing the head to tip to the side under pressure. A second bolt would have cured the problem. The roller works fine, the ball style bearings stick."

Half decent deal when on sale

"Better than a regular saw horse but don't count on the ball bearings to work well. They are of really bad quality, but for the price I'll keep the pair of this stand I had bought on sale for ~$17."

Very Helpful

"Good deal when on sale, had to take one back as the handle nut was stripped and stand kept on falling down. very useful to have when doing work and you are needing an extra hand. Have learned the hard way to keep fingers away from folding legs. Very handy when working with long pieces of lumber or trim."

"I got these as infeeds and out feeds for my table saw. I love the three functions on this. All you do is flip them to get to the next function. The only thing I am leary on and the fact that I didn't give it five stars on the durability is the fact that the plastic clamping lever feels very flimsy and I am always afraid of breaking it off.

Plus the locking mechanism on the plastic lever doesn't hold much weight to it. Don't expect to have it hold much weight except for portions of plywood or lumber you just cut."

Good design; poor construction.

"I purchased one onsale in the summer. One of the rollers would stick, so the stand would sometimes tip over when I advanced a 2x6.

I returned the stand and found that 5 of the 6 instock had a similar problem with one or more of the rollers. I took the "good" one, and it has been very handy, easy to use -- but there is one roller that doesn't turn freely and occasionally the stand will tip over.

It's easy to adjust the height, but like others, mine doesn't sit level -- I will try bending the legs as someone else suggested."

Convenient quick setup

"I bought two of these when they were on sale for half price. I had to bring one back as the yellow handle would not tighten the bar tightly in place and it kept slipping down, but Can Tire easily replaced it and I've had no trouble since. Quick to set up making it easy to support those long pieces of wood at the table saw, jointer and planer."

"When these stands come on sale at half price they are outstanding value. The versatility you get makes it a much better buy than the single roller model. I find that they are invaluable when cutting long stock on the table or mitre saw."

Big Hit for a birthday gift

"I have always had to be the holder of the 4X8 sheet or the very long board going through the saw . When this product came on sale I knew it was the perfect gift for my husband's new shop.
He had mentioned getting a generic style but when he realized the versatility of this model he was really pleased with how it could be used in the new shop."

Poor documentation

Question:

Hi,

I have tried twice to assemble this and still no success. The instruction manual is very very poor I can't make out anything from the blurry images.

Please help with mounting directions.
