Perfect for a small shop

"I bought two of these on sale for $10 each, about a year ago. They are very handy for use with my miter saw and table saw. Don't know how I got along without them!

Recently one of the adjuster bolts stripped out, but my local CT exchanged the stand without a receipt, with no hassle. As always, I've found Canadian Tire looks after their customers, and that keeps me coming back.

I'd advise to put a dab of anti-seize or grease on the threads of the height adjuster screw to prevent stripping, and you really don't need to crank down on it. Moderate torque will hold it in place, no problem."

Great price point

"Bought this stand to support crown molding and it performed flawlessly. One feature that would make it better is to have a swivel head for the roller to allow for the feet to be moved around to compensate for uneven ground. Other than that, it's worth the low price when working with long stock like molding."

Good support for the price

"This stand is a good value for what I paid. Not the most stable but quick to set up making it the most reached for stand I own. Roller turns smoothly. Good basic support for planer and table saw."

"It seems somehat unstable, but was satisfactory for supporting long casings for my chop saw. For ripping, I was surprised to find that if the roller wasnt square with the tablesaw, it actually pulled the material away from the fence as it was fed in. The multi roller stand should get around this. Still, easily adjustable and cheap enough to own a pair. If too much force is applied to the height adjustment, it can strip the head of the bolt out of the plaastic."

Great Shop Aid

"I purchased two of these support stands when they were on sale. I have found them to be invaluable when cutting long pieces on my miter saw. I put one at each end of my work bench which saves time since I only have to set the height adjustment once. No need to move the stand from one side to the other depending on the cut. This is especially handy if working outdoors on uneven terrain. They are also great when ripping lumber on the table saw. Quick and easy to use."
