"This compressor works pretty good considering the size and price. I had used it a couple of times with no problems but after one particular use the compressor started to sound different when running and would no longer get above 25PSI. I exchanged it at the store for another one so we will see if it happens again."

Didn't run long

"I bought this compressor on sale for 49.99. I needed it for inflating tires on my pickup. It ran for about ten minutes then started banging and knocking. I shut it off and waited a few minutes and all it would build after was 20lbs. I will be returning it to the store for a refund."

Perfect for small jobs

"I bought this cool little compressor primarily for air brush painting, and it is perfectly adequate for that task, plus light-duty brad nailing, inflating and blowing dust off things. It runs fairly quietly. Saves me lugging around my big 1 HP 5 gallon monster compressor for little jobs."

Bought two when they were on sale 2009

"Good; Great price and 3 year warranty, Its light for small jobs, great handle, blows up tires and can run a 16 (ok) or 18 (great) ga nailer. Doesn’t use much power so can run off an extension cord. Comparable or better noise level w airless. Warranty or trade for 3 years (w receipt).

Bad; If you pull hard on the air supply line you can break the main AIR inlet seal so it leaks air and will no longer reach ~100 lb... replace (w receipt)."

Made for small jobs

"Picked this up for $45 and it's been great!
This item is not for most Air tools and not made for big jobs. if you are looking for something bigger, go no less than 9 gallon. this one is perfect for installing hard wood as pressure builds pretty quickly. Comes with a few parts that save you a few bucks."

Good compressor for $40

"I got this compressor on boxing day 2009 and I got it home a couple of days later and used it to install some shelving in a pantry. For a small job like this it worked perfectly. I framed with it a while later, but will buy a larger tank for future such jobs. The noise is standard for a smaller compressor and the fill rate is sluggish, but I've found this is common with small compressors. For the most part it is good for bike tires and small nailing/stapeling jobs. I would certainly recommend this compressor especially on sale for $39.99."

Great little compressor

"Picked one up at half price and couldn't be happier.

Using this with my floor and finish nailer and its working great. Have to keep the PSI above 85+ PSI for the floor nailer so I have to recharge after only a few strips of hardwood, but that just allows me time to get more hardwood in place.

Don't hesitate if you need a small compressor and see this on sale, I'm glad I didn't."

Decent product for 50 bucks

"I bought this on sale in 2009 to help with chores around my house. At first I thought it wouldn't even inflate a tire, but then realized I had not seated the inflation valve properly. Since then I have used to put together a small step and attach trim and baseboard. It has the power to countersink 2 inch brads. I have no problems with this unit for the jobs I have for it."

Answer:

No, this compressor is basically only good for small brad nailers and blow guns.
Look at the SCFM ratings of your gun and compressors.

This little 2 gallon air compressor # 58-7936-6 is perfect for airbrushing. I use it with my Paasche brushes. It runs quietly, though with the small tank, it runs often.

Answer:

check the air requirements of your air brush. you should be able to look up the spec's on line.

Once you have the brush specs select a compressor that meets your needs.

Note; drain the tank regularly to minimize the moisture in the air.

Yes it is compatible, but it will not run most of those tools
This compressor only gives out...

SCFM at 40 PSI - 1
SCFM at 90 PSI - 0.7

Check the specs of the tools in the kit you'd like to buy and read about the specs on other compressors
