Great PFD but short strap.

"Excellent PFD - not bulky and my daughter loves it. BUT the strap that goes between legs is fairly short (my daughter has a long torso) and outgrew it quickly despite being in weight range. Still an excellent product and will pass down to my younger daughter."

Kids Love To Wear

"The kids love wearing the neoprene PFD. The vest fits great. It's comfortable and allows for a variety of activity so the kids are not discouraged when they are made to wear their PFD. It's durable and dries well."

Does this jacket flip the child on their backs?

Question:

I am looking for a life jacket for my baby girl that will flip her on her back if she happens to fall in the water. She isn't able to swim yet and I DON'T want her on her stomach incase she takes in water.
