"This PDF has many of the same qualities as higher priced designer style PDF. The stitchery is very good and the strapping is very secure. Good clearance for arm movement at the shoulders."

What are the minimum and maximum weights for these life jackets?

Answer:

Most life jackets now use the chest size as an indicator, not the weight. As the floatation material has improved it can more safely properly support the person. The trick now is to get a properly fitting jacket. If it fits, then it should hold you. Most adult life jackets are somewheres between 35-45 inches around the chest (inflated chest)
