Very useful

"This has expanded my training options compared to other bars.

I do have some complaints though:

The padded wide bar is only in the middle, so if you want to do wide grip pull ups, some gloves are a good idea because the thin metal that connects to the door frame is not comfortable to grip.

Another problem, related to that, is when you want to do wide grip bodyweight rows: you need a wide doorframe. Really, there should be optional grip attachments for the ends so that if I want to, I could do wide grip bodyweight rows for my upper back instead of the narrow lat rows.

Another issue is that the arms tend to bump into the door frame when you've got the bar all the way down. This should come with padding so it's less noisy and won't scuff it up."

Great product

"I've been doing pullups for years and really like this product. With many of the pullup bars that are sold there really isn't much you can do with them. It's either a full body pullup, or nothing. With this you can adjust it depending on the level of fitness or type of workout you want. If you are unable to do many pullups you can adjust this to help you do them a bit easier and work up to your goals. If you can do pullups easily it provides a fair bit of versatility. The biggest thing you'll notice is the rotating handles. If you have any sort of wrist problems, you'll love the handles. The grip is pretty comfortable too. It's dense padding that will be comfortable to use but isn't going to wear off in a few months of regular use."

Great Product - Definitely not a gimic

"As someone who can't do a standard pull up and has tried and found modified or assisted pull ups with other products either inconvenient, unrewarding or both, I find this product worth every penny.

The device and it's exercises evolve with you as your fitness level increases.

The rotating handles allow for introducing more muscle groups into the exercise and mimic a more natural position throughout the entire range of motion. For me this means more reps and more burn in the muscles with less stress and fatigue on my joints."
