"overall its not a very good ab equipment. It does support the lower back but after a few pull ups your head and neck muscles get tired because it doesnt support them that well. For that price its not very good i rather buy something else...like a bike for that price."

how i can get the additional part (flex master) ?

Answer:

You can probably go on the ab rocket site, and order it from there, and then you will be able to get the flex master with it, because CT doesn't carry it with the ab rocket. Mind you, you will have to spend extra to get it.
